Lucy created The Space Within after years of working with high-performing professionals who were capable and successful on paper, yet quietly operating in a near-constant state of fight or flight. Through her personal experience of overcoming burnout, years of coaching, workplace wellbeing consulting, and postgraduate psychology studies, she recognised that sustainable performance requires more than productivity tools or surface-level self-care.
Research in stress physiology and psychology shows that when people remain in prolonged states of activation, cognitive capacity, decision-making and emotional regulation begin to suffer.
The Space Within was designed to create the conditions for genuine recovery. By integrating evidence-informed practices that support nervous system regulation, reflection and behavioural change, the experience helps participants properly recharge.
People will leave feeling calmer, clearer and more themselves than they have in a long time, grounded and better resourced to return to work and life with renewed capacity, perspective and direction.

Lucy brings over 20 years of experience in high-pressure corporate environments alongside her work as a high-performance coach and workplace wellbeing consultant. She is currently completing postgraduate psychology studies, grounding her work in evidence-based approaches to burnout prevention, psychological safety and sustainable performance.
Her facilitation style blends lived experience of life transformation, psychological insight and practical application to create experiences that are both deeply human and highly effective.
